What we collect
When you use the forms on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you're asking about, your answers to the booking questions, and any message you write. We also collect basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule your call, provide the services you hire us for, and improve this website. We don't sell your information.
Text messages
If you tick a text message box on our form, we use your number only for the type of messages you agreed to: informational messages about your enquiry, appointments and project updates, and, only if you ticked that separate box, promotional messages. The two consents are separate and both are optional. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Tax documents
Please never send Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents through this website or by email. We provide a secure upload link for documents.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our client management system and secure document storage, and only as needed to serve you, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
